The ReallyGreatRate website is an online marketplace where you can research and compare services in a number of different categories, including home purchase loans, home equity loans, and home refinance loans, student loans, credit report and locate realtor. You understand and agree that if you apply for any of our Services or otherwise use any of our Services, we will share the information that you provide to us with certain business partners in order to process and fulfill your request. You further agree that our business partners may contact you by telephone, email or mail based on the information that you have provided to us. You understand that our partners may maintain the information you submitted to us whether you elect to use their services or not. In the event you no longer want to receive communications from one of our business partners, you agree to notify the partner directly.
You understand and acknowledge that ReallyGreatRate, Inc. does not make any loan or credit decisions and that we will not be a party to any agreement that you may make with a broker or lender which may result from the provision by use to you of any of our Services. You further acknowledge that we are not acting as your agent or broker, and we are not recommending any particular loan product or lender to you.

By accessing our website and applying or using any of our Services, you certify to us and agree that: (i) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) you assume full responsibility for the use of any of our Services by any minors; (iii) you agree not to knowingly submit false information on our website or through the use of the Services; and, (iv) your use of our Services is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

You acknowledge and agree that our Services and any necessary software used in connection with the Services ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further agree that all materials and/or content, including, but not limited to, articles, artwork, screen shots, graphics, logos, text, drawings and other files on the our website or as part of the Services are copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights of ReallyGreatRate, Inc. (or their respective intellectual property owners). You agree that ReallyGreatRate, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, and without any prior notice to you, immediately terminate your access to the Services.
11. Dealings with Third Parties
Your correspondence or business dealings with any third parties as a result of your visit and participation on the Service, including, but not limited to, business dealings with mortgage brokers or lenders, insurance agents or carriers, or any other terms, conditions, warranties, representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party. You agree that ReallyGreatRate, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such third party on the Services.

14. Survival
All provisions of this Agreement which, by their nature, extend beyond the term hereof, shall continue indefinitely, including, without limitation, the provisions of Sections.
15. Statute of Limitations
YOU AGREE THAT REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUTE OR LAW TO THE CONTRARY, ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE OR BE FOREVER BARRED.
